AEG, Alcatel, Apple, Asus, BlackBerry, BQ, Garmin, HTC, Huawei, LG, Microsoft, Motorola, Nexus, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, TomTom, ZTE

Typical features of some computer malfunctions:

- It doesn't get a net.
- The screen is broken.
- The battery won't charge.
- The touch doesn't work.
- Call, but nothing appears on the screen.
- Speaker and/or Microphone does not work.
- I hear it but they don't listen to me or vice versa.
- Blocked to the operator of my choice.

Shipping procedure:

Send your Equipment (without "SIM" Card or Memory) to our facilities:

Next to the Equipment send your Name, Address, Tel/Tlm, Email and what problem is detected.

After the technical analysis, we will send by SMS/Email the repair budget.
- You must respond to us as soon as possible confirming the repair or not.

Payment

Repaired equipment:

- After acceptance of the budget, you must pay the budgeted amount (by Cash, Transf. Banc. or PayPal)

Unrepaired equipment:

- If the Equipment is not repaired or not accepted the budget, payment of 10,00 € (costs of technical analysis) must be made.

ONLY EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE! SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO THE CUSTOMER ARE FREE.
